How can I buy from you?
Shopping is a doddle at the DoddleShop.
- Once you have found the item that you want, click on the 'add to cart' button on the product page.
- You will be asked for your delivery information.
- Review the items in your cart by clicking the 'Cart' link at the top right hand corner of the page.
- Click on 'Checkout' and then follow the easy prompts on screen to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account but you’ll probably want to sign up to get offers, promotions, competitions and news hot off the press. Sign up to DoddleNews.
How can I pay?
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify
First-time orders will be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address so that we can independently verify your details.
How do I use my DoddleBag?
DoddleBags are easy to use.
Simply open the zip at the top using the handy tab. Fill your bag to the 100 ml mark and make sure the zip is securely fastened so everything stays in. Then, when you want to use it: ready, steady, squeeze.
Can I pay in Euros or Dollars?
At the moment we can only process payments in pounds sterling.
How will I know you have received my order?
After you place your order you will receive an email from the DoddleShop acknowledging that your order has been received.
If any of the items you have ordered are no longer available we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like a replacement item or a refund.
After your credit card details have been verified, approved and payment taken you will receive a confirmation email from our payment processing company (Stripe).
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email . If you’ve placed an order for next day courier shipping, you’ll receive an email with the relevant tracking number and contact information for your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere which has an international postal service.

- UK orders for DoddleLetterBox and Stickerpacks- First class post- £1.95
- UK - Second Class Royal Mail - £3.15
- UK - First Class Royal Mail - £3.95
- UK Shipped Free by First Class Post Over £40
- Europe - Standard shipping - £6.75
- Rest of the world - Standard shipping - £13.50
Do you offer next day delivery?
Our fulfilment partner offers a trackable next day delivery service. For this option choose “next day courier” when you check out
Please place your order before 12 pm for next day delivery Monday – Friday.
Is my package insured?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our distribution centre to your delivery address.Do I need to sign for my order?
If you opt for trackable next day delivery, then our courier will ask you to sign for your order. If you are not in, you can arrange with them to leave your delivery in a safe place.
How much duty or tax will I have to pay?
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all UK taxes and duties, as well as UK V.A.T.
Orders dispatched to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duty and taxes.
When your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to in order to release your order from customs. This may delay your delivery time.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by DoddleShop to you.
Orders shipped to the USA under the value of $200 will not have import duty applied under the terms of an informal entry (or entry of shipment for personal use).
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, if you opt for next day delivery. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email from our deliver partner dpd. Once you have this tracking number you can check the current status of your delivery.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can add or cancel an item, or edit your delivery details.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you’d like to return an item within 14 days of receiving it please send it to us, with its original packaging, and tell us why. Items should be returned to:

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. Shipping costs, import duty and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to arrive.
